Herbal and fruit teas are blends that consist of a variety of leaves, flowers, roots, spices, fruits, and bark that have been used medicinally for 1000s of years. These infusions are typically caffeine-free because they do not contain the camellia sinensis or assamica tea leaves.  This tea makes a naturally indigo blue infusion- add a splash of coconut milk for a baby blue color.
 
Ingredients:  Apples, ginger root, lemons, blue butterfly pea flower.
